Lychee Tree has a gorgeous salt water pool surrounded by swaying
palm trees and comfy sun lounges, perfect for those lazy days
working on your tan. There is a shallow end of the pool, great for
the kids and there are pool toys to keep them amused. The Barbeque
and entertaining area also overlook the pool and can be lit by
flaming torchlight for some memorable evenings in the balmy
tropical atmosphere. There is even an outdoor fridge to chill your
drinks while you cook your feast!
It is an easy 5 minute walk to the splendour of the famous Four
Mile Beach, where you may choose to stroll the sandy shores
enjoying more of that fabulous sunshine. The Villiage Centre is
also nearby, offering an amazing array of restaurants, cafes, bars
and shopping. There is something to find for everyone. Whatever
you wish to experience whilst holidaying in beautiful Port

Extra Guests
Extra guests can be accommodated for a charge of $25 per person per
night. Please enquire as to the availability.
Cots & Highchair Available for hire at $5 each per night.
Car Parking
Each apartment has a complimentary undercover car park. In most cases
this is directly adjacent to your apartment. Should you have
additional vehicles, please advise us and we can arrange further
parking.
Disabled Facilities
We have some apartments which are wheelchair friendly. Please enquire
for availability.
Children
We welcome children here at the Lychee Tree. Our pool is great for the
kids, with a shallow end and pool toys available. We also have swings
on site.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy
In order to secure your reservation, a 20% deposit or the equivalent
of 1 night of accommodation (when your stay is less than 5 nights).
The balance is payable on arrival. Your accommodation is not
considered to be booked until this deposit has been paid.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by the Lychee Tree by phone or e-mail.
A full Refund of the deposit, less AUD$35.00 administration fee if the
cancellation request is made prior to 14 days before the booking
arrival date.
The deposit is forfeited if the cancellation request is received
within 14 days prior to arrival. No refund of the full amount of your
accommodation if the cancellation request is received less than 3 days
prior OR in the event of non arrival or early departure.
