Travelling to Australia necessitates a valid visa unless you are an Australian citizen or a New Zealand passport holder.

  • hefty penalties are imposed for most traffic infringements, so it is best to familiarize yourself with the basic rules. 

Fuel prices in Australia vary widely, depending on where you are. The far west and other isolated areas can be quite expensive for petrol (up to $1.50 or more per litre).
