Our Cairns based luxury private charter boat is a custom built 43ft Vindex designed vessel, built in Queensland with the thrill of fishing in mind and for relaxing snorkel tours on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
In 2012 she underwent a refit to accommodate the pleasures of Black Marlin fishing and she is regularly booked out 12 months in advance for the Great Barrier Reef fishing season.
Our luxury charter boat has a practical fishing layout while still achieving angler comforts of air-conditioning and direct angling action with an open rear bulk head.
She is surveyed to carry 6 guests and crew on 1 day private boat charters (Marlin Fishing only 4) and 4 guests on overnight liveaboard extended charters on the open waters of the Great Barrier Reef.
Departing from Cairns on one day private charter tour we can easily take our guests to islands such as Green Island or Fitzroy Island and remote sand cays for some combined snorkelling and fishing.
For extended overnight liveaboard private charter fishing and snorkelling tours we can make our way north along the East Coast of Australia towards Port Douglas, the famous Ribbon Reefs, Cooktown, Lizard Island and beyond.
Please note if you are planning to snorkel during the Jellyfish season (November to May) you will need to bring your own lycra suits.

She has an open bulkhead from the saloon to the cockpit allowing for ease of interaction for the crew and anglers.
Marlin Fishing
Marlin Fishing season is over the months of Oct & Nov.
To fully enjoy Marlin Fishing we highly recommend an overnight trip so you have the best chance to catch the 'big one'; also a day charter would mean a lot of time spent travelling.
All equipment provided included special rod & reel and of course the game chair.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing.
We understand things may change, so we have made cancellations very easy.

Operators policy:
1. Booking and Payment:
- a. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.
- b. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
- a. The charter company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- b. The 25% deposit made on your charter is non-refundable.
- c. If we cancel due to there being a strong wind warning you can either rebook or we can issue a full refund.
3. Weather Conditions:
- a. The captain has the final say on whether it is safe to proceed with the charter based on weather conditions.
- b. In case of cancellation due to weather, the charter will be rescheduled, or a refund (as per the refund policy) will be issued.
4. Safety and Conduct:
- a. Customers must adhere to the captain's instructions and follow safety guidelines at all times.
- b. The captain reserves the right to terminate the charter if passengers fail to comply with safety instructions or engage in unsafe behaviour.
5. Fishing Equipment:
- a. The charter company provides fishing equipment; however, customers are responsible for any damages or loss of equipment during the charter.
- b. Customers are encouraged to inform the captain of any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies that may affect their ability to participate safely.
6. Catch Policy:
- a. The charter company cannot guarantee the quantity or size of fish caught.
- b. Fishing regulations and limits set by local authorities must be adhered to.
7. Liability:
- a. The charter company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the charter.
8. Alcohol and Drugs:
- a. Consumption of alcohol is allowed in moderation, but excessive drinking or drug use is strictly prohibited.
- b. The captain reserves the right to terminate the charter if passengers are under the influence of excessive amounts of alcohol or drugs.
By making a reservation and participating in the charter, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
