During the day our 20 metre boat plys the waters of the Great Barrier Reef with snorkellers and scuba divers and then at night she cruises up and down the Trinity Inlet with corporate guests or wedding groups for a few hours of relaxation on a private charter calm water Cairns sunset cruise.

As she is quite spacious and has multi levels the 45 guests can place themselves on the forward deck and watch all the scenery go by with the wind as a cooling reprieve from the heat of the day, whilst others can take to the flybridge and relax on the sun loungers whilst having a chat and enjoying the conversation, whilst the balance of guests could be in the saloon in the air-conditioning.

Private Charter Boat Sunset Cruise from Cairns Queensland Australia

The Cairns Harbour and Trinity Inlet comes alive at night as the sun sets over the mountains behind Cairns with the city flicking on her bright lights for the tourists to move about at night and enjoy all of the cities attractions.

This is the prime time for our private charter boat to board her guests and begin the cruise up and down the Trinity Inlet past all of the city lights and down the dark, mysterious river system past all of the waterfront buildings, businesses, hotels and restaurants.

Guests can choose to take it all in on the front deck or up high on the next level or within the fully air-conditioned saloon.    

As we cruise through the Trinity Inlet the boats skipper and crew will keep an eye out for some yellow eyes glowing in the dark and watching the boat as it cruises by. These eyes will belong to the saltwater crocodiles that live in this wild river system and they will be out and about looking for some entertainment and dinner of their own for the evening.

Leaving Cairns Harbour at 5.30 pm will have you and your guests settling in with a drink and some nibbles just in time to see the sunset behind the mountains and the stunning colours of the skyline. The charter runs for three hours, finishing at 8.30pm.
