We have one of the largest fishing boat charter fleets in Cairns and can offer our guests a choice of 3 top quality fishing boats on the Great Barrier Reef.

Fishing Boat 1. Surveyed to carry 34 however we cap the number at 14 persons on shared charters and 20 on sole boat charters with 15 at most fishing at a time. She has a cruising speed of 14 knots, a large spacious rear deck with shade. 

Fishing Boat 2. Our newest member to our Cairns fishing fleet is our 11m Kevlacat available for private charters for up to 8 persons. On this boat we can offer reef fishing, snorkelling, light tackle game and sportsfishing. She has a cruising speed of 22 knots 

Fishing Boat 3. Surveyed to carry up to 24 guests but capped at 11 for more comfort on shared charters and 13 on private fishing boat charters. She has a crusing speed of 14 knots and has recently completed a full re-fit.

Sustainable Fishing - Great Barrier Reef

We hold the utmost respect for the marine life and the ongoing health and longevity of the Great Barrier Reef.

Full instruction is provided on sustainable fishing practices, species identification and measurement, as well as protected fish species.

You’ll learn everything about the fish found in every location. All fishing regulations and best practices are explained. 

Damage to fragile corals is avoided, litter is disposed of in an eco-friendly manner and fishing is always undertaken a safe distance from marine animals and bird areas.

Undersized and unwanted fish are returned to the water quickly and fishing is not undertaken near spawning aggregation or commercial dive sites or pontoons.
