This full day Great Barrier Reef tour caters for all activity levels.
Our high-speed catamaran will whisk you from Cairns Marlin Marina to the Interactive pontoon, where you’ll enjoy five fun-filled hours on the Outer Great Barrier Reef.
Snorkel straight off the pontoon into the calm coral lagoon and meet some unique marine life, including Wally the famously friendly resident giant Maori Wrasse who loves to say 'hi' and is a known photobomber!
If you prefer not to snorkel or don't want to get wet, you can still experience the magic of the Great Barrier Reef up close on a glass bottom boat tour, riding in a semi-submersible submarine or walking through the air-conditioned underwater observatory and watching the informative fish feding display and commentary.
You can also choose from a range of additional optional activities including introductory and certified scuba diving, helmet diving with Sea Trek, and scenic helicopter flights (Note: Infant age 3 must pay for a seat) over the Reef.
Situated 45kms east of Cairns at Moore Reef with depths ranging from 1 - 25m there is a variety of colourful coral and marine life in this lagoon environment.
Our pontoon is a state of the art interactive pontoon for guests to explore a lagoon full of coral gardens and brilliant marine life on the Great Barrier Reef.
This floating pontoon is over 1003sqm, comprising of three levels with a capacity to accommodate 450 day guests but we will be keeping our daily numbers up to 250 guests only for the best experience possible.
The two level floating pontoon will be powered using the sustainable energy of 18 solar panels and 3 wind turbines.
With a unique and easy water entry point for swimming and snorkelling, a fully functional scientific laboratory for Great Barrier Reef research and projects.

Your journey to the Marine World pontoon will take approximately one and a half hours.
Start your adventure by exploring the vessel itself, with its sunny spacious decks and comfy air-conditioned cabins.
With so many activities on offer for the day, the friendly crew members are always ready to help plan an exhilarating helicopter ride, an introductory first dive, or semi-submersible tour.
This floating all-weather activity platform at stunning Moore Reef is your base for the day.
Your tour includes all-day use of the spacious sundeck, fresh water showers and changing rooms.
Tea, coffee and drinking water are available throughout the day, and a hot and cold buffet lunch with vegetarian options will be served on the platform, with both sunny and shady picnic tables to enjoy.
On arrival at Marine World, friendly crew will provide some handy tips on the correct use of snorkelling equipment and then help fit you with a mask, snorkel and fins.
The snorkel area is supervised at all times and personal flotation devices are available in adult and child sizes.
Stairs lead down from the main deck to a submersed snorkel platform where you can sit down and put on your mask and fins.
Access to the water could not be easier with the snorkel platform opening directly into a bright and sheltered coral lagoon.
There are also floating snorkeller rest stations strategically located around the site where you can take a rest at any time.
You'll be amazed by the array of colourful corals and marine life, and don't be surprised if you spot Wally the giant Maori Wrasse swimming alongside you.
It's his favourite hangout and he loves to come say hi!
For non-swimmers or if you don't feel like getting wet, this is a brilliant way of appreciating the Reef without entering the water!
The glass bottom boat is a small and maneuverable open-air vessel, which allows you to drift easily through the coral gardens.
