Our Great Barrier Reef sites have been chosen for their superior water clarity, coral quality and overall diversity of marine life.

For our private charter groups you may request to visit one or more reef sites in a day or combine your guests Great Barrier Reef tour with an island experience or even add on spectacular Reef-Scenic helicopter flights. 

Since our charter boat company holds such a special roaming permit, the selection of reefs to moor at is expansive. Some of these vivid reefs may include Saxon, Michaelmas, Hastings, Milln, Norman and Moore.

Your charter boat captain has a whole 20 coral reef moorings to choose from, and will make a flawless choice for you based on the weather, tides, winds and currents.

We will provide you with a quote based on the basic cost of the charter boat and then add on the provisioning costs of the chosen in-water activities.

Please note each person that visits the Great Barrier Reef in Australia is to pay an Environmental Management Charge of approximately $6.50 per person (TBA on booking)

Group Great Barrier Reef Tour

Guests are welcomed aboard and offered tea, coffee and cakes before we set off on our high speed journey to the Great Barrier Reef. 

Our boat crew will give all of the delegates an informative chat about the marine life they may encounter on the Great Barrier Reef.

This is the perfect time for a Q & A session.

Dependant on your charter boat booking requirements the skipper will choose the most idyllic reef location to begin the day.

It will only take 90 minutes to reach the outer reef on our modern vessel, which means more time for your delegates to explore the oceanic wonder-world that awaits.

Snorkel on the Outer Great Barrier Reef

Our boat crew will be on hand to give everyone on board a snorkelling demonstration on how to use the snorkel gear and be safe in the water.

For those that do not speak English we have multi lingual cards and staff on hand to explain the above.

We can also provide flotation equipment for snorkelers also.

Optional Interactive Guided Snorkel Safari

For guests with a little more snorkelling experience, the optional guided snorkel safari tour provides a mine full of information about the corals and marine life on the Great Barrier Reef. 

An experienced Marine Naturalist will lead your group across extensive coral gardens, pointing out specific marine wonders and sharing fun and fantastical facts.

Glass Bottom Boat - Non Swimmers

There’s another way to view the hypnotic magic of the Outer Great Barrier Reef, just as closely, without even having to get wet if you are a non-swimmer.

Not everyone is a big fan of the water, and a glass bottom boat tour is the best tour that will enable guests to admire the stunning colors of marine life in dry comfort.

A marine naturalist guide will share the factual hows and why’s this world heritage eco-system is among the rarest living phenomena in the world today.

Optional Introductory Scuba Diving

We can offer your groups the opportunity to try an introductory scuba dive whilst out at the reef on our private charter boat.

An introductory dive instructor will enhance your delegates Great Barrier Reef tour experience by teaching basic skills that are easily picked up in no time. 

Optional Certified Scuba Diving

Since this particular private charter tour is unique in its ability to moor at over 20 different renowned reef sites, this is one dive option that is indeed a mecca for certified scuba divers.

On any given day, some of the magical choices could be Saxon, Hastings, Norman or Moore reefs – all famed for their mighty coral walls, canyons and bommies (coral mountains).
