State-of-the-art Moore Reef floating pontoon
The choices are almost endless once you reach the new two-storey Moore Reef floating pontoon. Recently upgraded in mid-2017 and 45 metres in length, the new pontoon boasts one of the region's largest second-story sundecks offering plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing.
Big kids and little kids will love the new theme park style spaghetti waterslide, the only one of its kind on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, that will have you splashing directly into the crystal-clear waters of the Great Barrier Reef.
The pontoon also has two large scuba dive platforms which make getting in and out of the water quick and easy so you can enjoy snorkelling and exploring the reef at your own pace throughout the day.
A hot and cold buffet lunch on the floating pontoon is included.

Glass bottom boat tour
The glass bottom boat tour is custom-made for those who prefer not to get wet, aren’t strong swimmers, or are simply feeling a little waterlogged after snorkelling.
No less detailed or impressive than a diving birds-eye view, you’ll view the stunning underwater world through the glass perspex on the bottom of the boat.

Hike Fitzroy Island Trails
Fitzroy Island is 99 per cent national park covered in lush tropical rainforest and is famed for its range of exhilarating, scenic hiking trails.
Some lead to deserted beaches and others to compelling lookouts over the island. There are short walks to the mythical Secret Garden, which is a mere 45-minute round trip.
Another option for the keen flora and fauna explorer is a long walk to the historic lighthouse and magnificent summit where you have 360 degree views all over the magnificent Great Barrier Reef.
Keep an eye out for birds of paradise, red flying fox, glimmering blue Ulysses butterflies and giant monitors lazing on the boulders.
Snorkelling on Fitzroy Island (optional extra activity)
