Previous guests fondly remember the dining experience as memorable as the trip itself. Guests enjoy alfresco meals on the yacht’s spacious top deck or enjoy a teppanyaki grill on the lower cockpit level with the onboard chef. The yachts large roomy outdoor areas and main salon freely flow into one large space, offering versatility to guests.
The luxury yacht showcases a custom light interior that evokes a sense of beach style relaxation.
There is a wide range of water sports equipment on board for guests to enjoy. There is diving and snorkelling available, stand up paddle boards, Sea Doo underwater sea scooters, kayaks, centre console RIB tender with towing ring, wakeboard and kneeboard. Day one
HAMILTON ISLAND
Start your luxury sailing experience by flying into Hamilton Island also known as the Great Barrier Reef Airport (HTI)
This airport services all Australian major capital cities such as Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane daily. There you will be welcomed by the crew from your luxury private charter yacht and taken to the yacht by private concierge.
Also recommended is a short stay before your private charter on Hamilton Island at either Qualia or the Beach Club Hotel which cater to the discerning guest.
Once you arrive on your sailing yacht, your crew will welcome you with oshibori & champagne and show a tour of the yacht. After which the captain will go through the safety procedures along with a planned itinerary of the private charter.
Depending on the flight arrival time and the weather, after welcoming drinks we will set sail to one of the secluded bays in the Whitsunday Islands.
Suggested is Tongue Bay on Whitsunday Island. There we can visit the famous
Whitehaven Beach and do a short 35 min walk to see the magnificent surroundings.
BUTTERFLY BAY (WHITSUNDAY ISLANDS)
We start the day with a gourmet breakfast on the top deck and set sail for the top of the Whitsunday Islands. We stop at any number of secluded anchorages on the way for lunch and a paddle board before arriving at Butterfly Bay.
On the northern side of Hook Island, Butterfly Bay is perfect for snorkeling, diving and an excellent overnight anchorage spot.

CAPE BOWLING GREEN
We get an early start and sail north. Depending on the winds we will either end the day at Upstart Bay or Cape
Bowling Green. This area just south of Townsville is where the freight steamer SS Yongala sank in 1911.
The wreck is considered to be one of the ten best dive wrecks in the world.
For those experienced divers, our luxury charter yacht is equipped with a dive compressor and onboard is a dive master and instructor.
For those non-divers the area is lined with numerous sandy beaches interspersed with rocky headlands and fringing coral reef.
An absolute beautiful place to explore.
MAGNETIC ISLAND, TOWNSVILLE
After a sail of approximately 60 miles we arrive into Horseshoe Bay, Magnetic Island. The island features huge boulders, hoop pine forest and beautiful sandy beaches. Relax with a coffee on the quaint esplanade of Horseshoe Bay, walk the 3km of beautiful sandy beach or rent a famous topless car and explore the island. Magnetic Island is the perfect resting place for the night.
If requested we can visit Townsville, 3.5 nm away. The largest tropical city north of
Brisbane, it features a beautiful beachfront promenade and a unique shopping and cafe culture.
ORPHEUS ISLAND
After a short sail of 40nm we will arrive at the Palm Islands. Orpheus Island is national park and unspoiled paradise with deserted golden beaches fringed with coconut palms.
Here our sailing yacht guests will check into the resort for the night, enjoy an exotic beach spa massage and a private dining experience on the island’s starlit pier.
HINCHINBROOK ISLAND
Leaving Orpheus Island late in the day, it is only a short sail to Hinchinbrook Island. Completely uninhibited, Hinchinbrook Island is pristine and unspoilt.
There we will enjoy deep rock pools, waterfalls and sheer granite pinnacles.
Lunch
Queensland has incredible fresh seafood and produce
enabling lunch to be an experience whilst sailing north.
Wonderful Asian inspired summer dishes, old favorites, the
choice is yours on a private yacht charter.
CHORIZO CRUSTED NANYGAI
Local fresh large mouth Nanygai fillets baked with a
chorizo crust and served with a spiced bean side salad and
grilled pineapple salsa
LAMB & HALLOUMI SLIDERS
Mint & rosemary infused New Zealand lamb grilled and
served with homemade Monique’s relish, local tomatoes
and arugula on a lightly toasted brioche. Alternate option
is grilled Halloumi (V) Served with sides of Panzanella,
fennel & grapefruit salad and sweet potato crisps
CRISPY FISH BURRITOS
Local flathead fillets battered with an Australian lager and
served on warm tortillas and Argentinian salsa criolla.

A side of rustic tomato, preserved lemon and black olives complete the
ensemble.
JALUN TEMAKI SUSHI (V)
Trolling the beautiful waters of North Queensland bring the freshest
tuna, mackerel and other fish ideally suited for varied platters of hand
rolls, temaki and sashimi. Imported Japanese saki, small batch shōyu
and fresh ginger compliment the feast.
BEDARRA ISLAND RESORT
Leaving Hinchinbrook Island behind after lunch, it is a short sail to Bedarra Island Resort. The middle of three luxurious interludes off the yacht, guests experience a night of decadence.
With a maximum of 20 guests, Bedarra is the ultimate in exclusivity, Play a game of tennis, relax in the infinity pool or soak up the natural surrounds, Bedarra is
luxury.
RUSSELL ISLAND
Leaving Bedarra Island later in the day, Russell Island is a good anchorage and stopping point half way towards Cairns.
Part of the Frankland Island group, it is teaming with marine life especially green
turtles.
GREEN ISLAND, CAIRNS
Leaving early from Russell Island, we set sail to Green Island, 15nm off Cairns. Green Island is a tiny forested coral cay surrounded by coral reef.
If requested we can visit Cairns and even overnight in the well appointed marina.
LOW ISLES PORT DOUGLAS
Providing a nice comfortable anchorage, the Low Isles, 9nm off Port
Douglas is a good stopping point.
The lagoon is home to turtles and dominated by soft corals.
Dinner
Entree:- Dinner is a time to enjoy. A time to relax with the sea air on the top deck.

KING SALMON HABANERO CEVICHE
Tasmanian wild caught King Salmon belly topped with avocado, sorel and edamame
tartar.
WHITSUNDAY KING SHRIMP
BBQ local king prawn drizzled with freshly made chili jam along with lemongrass,
garlic, coriander and lime make this dish a summer favourite.
Main Course
SEAFOOD EXTRAVAGANZA
Probably the most talked about meal on any charter. Fresh local seafood open air BBQ cooked to enhance the individual flavours.
Oysters, King prawns cooked three ways, lobster and Moreton Bag bugs, wild scallops and calamari. Tasmanian salmon and local Red Emperor compliment the fresh season vegetable and salad sides. A real treat for those who love seafood.
CAPTAIN’S DINNER
An indulgent four course dinner served on the top deck. Each
course is suitably paired with a wine or aperitif. Guests fondly
remember the way cruising was whilst opulent dining. The d’hôte
courses vary to suit the charterers tastes
TERIYAKI KING SALMON
Crispy skin barbecued Tasmanian wild Teriyaki Salmon with
wasabi and avocado purée. A side of baby snow pea tendril &
black fennel salad complete an oishi accompaniment.
QUEENSLAND SURF AND TURF
Warwick aged fillet minion cooked to your liking served with Whitsunday king prawns,
maple bacon and rosemary infused kumara and a porcini & fresh thyme au jus.
Catering to gluten free, vegetarian and vegan are all possible for any charter. Everything where possible is made in-house from scratch with locally sourced
organic ingredients.
HOPE ISLANDS
Named by Captain Cook in 1770, East and West Hope Islands are two beautiful and isolated coral cays surrounded by reefs and a deep channel between them. Perfect spot to snorkel, dive, explore and anchor for the night.
LIZARD ISLAND
Arriving at the final destination of the North Queensland island private charter, guests are taken to the award winning Lizard Island Resort.
Luxurious, secluded with sweeping beach views, the resort is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy before your flight home.
The suggested route as described above has been designed for maximum comfort for the guests. It features no overnight sailing and aims to provide calm overnight anchorages (weather permitting).
The sailing time varies from day to day with 30 to 70nm covered each 24 hour period. The charter can be as strenuous or relaxing as the guests want with many activities available both on land and on the yacht.
The private charter can be extended or compressed to suit individual requirements.
Three overnight ‘luxury stops’ are included at Bedarra, Orpheus and Lizard Resorts (Hotel accommodation is not included) Two marina stops are permissible with extra nights charged.
All gourmet meals, beverages, alcohol on the yacht are included in the price.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
When booking our private charter yacht, guests agree to pay the applicable charges and to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Deposit: 50% of charter fee at the time of booking
Balance due: 30 days prior to departure
All payments made are non-refundable unless the yacht is re-let for the same dates. If the yacht is re-let, the monies will be refunded
less a 5% administration fee paid to the yacht.
Cancellation outside of 30 days prior to departure: Guests are allowed to reschedule to other dates within a 12 month period.
Within the 30 days prior to departure, no refunds or date transfers allowed unless agreed with the Captain in writing.
If passengers elect not to travel due to weather conditions but the charter is still operational, 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Changes to guest numbers permitted up to 14 days prior – subject to vessel capacity and other requirements fees may apply and will be
quoted as required. Maximum number of passengers is limited to twenty-four (24) pax for day charters and eight (8) adults plus two (2)
small children for overnight.
Due to the nature of marine activities, the return time to the designated home port might be later than the published schedule due to
weather or other unplanned events – no compensation will be given for late returns to port;
The Captain of the vessel will determine a safe and pleasurable destination/anchorage on the day of charter dependent on weather
conditions. The yacht crew cannot guarantee a requested/preferred destination will be possible on any given day;
Outer reef charters only operate in winds up to 15 knots for passenger comfort. Should the skipper/management deem the weather
unacceptable to run an outer reef charter, a suitable alternate location will be found for that charter on that day
In the instance of extreme weather predictions, for example a named cyclone, we will cancel any charters for the safety of its guests
and crew. Should this occur the yacht will endeavour to provide an alternative charter/tour date or where an alternative date is not available
provide a full refund
No compensation will be given in the event the Captain deems some toys, activities or locations are no possible to be utilised due to
adverse weather, wind or similar conditions.
Home port: Hamilton Island Marina. Additional surcharge may apply for pick up or drop off to other locations such as Airlie Beach,
Daydream Island or Hayman Island
Guests are not permitted to wear shoes on vessels
Smoking is permitted in designated outside areas only
Pets are permitted (by prior application, additional fees may apply)
Guests must abide by any direction given by the Captain and crew for safety reasons. If direction is not followed or the lives or
safety of the vessel is in danger, the Captain has full authority to return the vessel to the Home Port and terminate the charter. In this
event the Charterer will not be entitled to any compensation in the charter fee.
All crew hold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and have the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests. Drugs unless
prescribed by a registered doctor are not permitted onboard at anytime.
Crew gratuities are customary but at the charterer’s discretion
Guests must use the vessel, its facilities, fixtures, fittings and furnishings and all equipment including recreational equipment with
reasonable care. Guests are responsible for the cost of:
a) making good any damage to the vessel or to its facilities, fixtures, fittings, furnishings and equipment caused or contributed to by the
guest or other invitees/guests;
b) replacing items which have been damaged and which are not economically able to be repaired, including replacing items of
recreational equipment which are lost or damaged by guests or other invitees/guests;
c) excessive or abnormal cleaning of the vessel occasioned by want of care, arising out of guests use of the vessel, its facilities etc;
d) Damage due to failure to follow crew instructions or negligence
Personal Health Insurance is recommended for all charters. The Captain and crew will use all endeavours to ensure the safety of the
charterers at all times. It is agreed by accepting the charter terms and conditions, the Captain, vessel and crew will not accept any
liability for any issue that may occur on the vessel or whilst on charter.
Children must be supervised by an adult member of the charter party at all times and are not the responsibility of the crew. Children
under three (3) and any persons not competent at swimming must wear a PFD life jacket at all times on the vessel.
Any outstanding accounts will be settled with the Captain, onboard and in cash or credit card prior to disembarkation.
Internet Fair Use Policy: Complimentary internet usage is capped at 1gb per charter day (24hrs) with additional usage charged at $10
per gigabyte.
