• If charter is terminated by vessel due to weather, the operator is not obligated to refund the booking or charter costs and We are not liable for any ancillary costs
• Guests are solely responsible for any ancilliary costs or damages which may me incurredas a consequence of charter termination, including travel and accommodation costs.
• As weather conditions will sometimes require the operator to exercise the termination rights, it is highly recommended guests arrange adequate travel insurance cover.
• All cancellations by guests will result in 100% loss of deposit amount paid.
• Bookings cancelled within 4 weeks of departure are subject to 100% cancellation.
