- Children 0-2 years travel FOC on the lap of a parent / guardian (max 1 per flight).

Operators policy:
- Cancellation notice of 48hours is required for a full refund claim and 24-48 hours, for a 50% refund claim. No refund applies if booking is cancelled inside 24 hours.
- Individual passenger weights and accompanying carryon luggage MUST be advised at the time of booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload of 130KG. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130KG are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of ticket price
- Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability.
Please note:-
From 1st Sep to 31st March you will travel to Vlasoff Cay instead of Undine Cay; you will have an extended scenic flight to Vlassof Cay off Cairns as Undine Cay is closed from April - August due to bird migration
Undine Cay is a public sand cay and as such can not be reserved. On the rare occasion it is occupied on our arrival we will not be permitted to land. If this occurs passengers will receive an extended reef scenic flight back to the Pier Heliport (total flying time 45 mins including initial 20 mins from Cairns to Vlasoff Cay). Passengers will be able to keep their picnic lunch and our reservations team will provide assist with any refunds applicable.
Some 242 species of birds have been recorded in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park of which 22 seabird species breed on cays such as Undine. These breeding sites are also globally significant migratory sanctuaries limiting visitation to between 01-April and 31-August only.
An equivalent experience is available year-round departing Cairns to Vlasoff Sand Cay.
