Is the cruise suitable for all ages?
Yes we have taken many families on our tours and children can get the opportunity to drive the ‘Junk Pirate Ship’.
Our tours are most suitable for children 4 years and above due to the open nature of the vessel however we happily take younger children just check with us prior to booking.
Note: We cannot take prams on board and our tour is not suitable for those that are frail or restricted mobility.
Please call if you have any concerns regarding suitability we are more than happy to help. The vessel isn’t suitable for those with restricted mobility due to steep boarding stairs.
Parents are fully responsible for their children while onboard, inclusive of when they are moving around the boat due to lack of hand railing.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather is less than ideal, often showers are experienced during the summer months Jan-March, however we do have a sheltered saloon area which seats approximately 12-15. We reduce numbers on rainy days to make sure everyone is comfortable. The tour is just as fun without the sun!
