Join our crew of 3 sailors for an evening under the setting sun on board our 60 foot Adams Ketch sailing boat to cruise the peaceful waters of the Great Barrier Reef and Magnetic Island on our 2 hour sunset sail.

Sailing around Magnetic Island with only 12 guests our service to you will be highly personalised as we serve you a glass or two of sparkling wine or non-alcoholic beverages and wonderful antipasto platters filled with cuisine from the local farm gates around Tropical North Queensland.

Should you wish we could assist you in taking the helm yourself for a moment and try your hand at being a salty sailor on the high seas.

Keeping an eye on the boats sheets above you, move the wheel to capture the winds to push the yacht along the waters of the Great Barrier Reef and around the waters of beautiful Magnetic Island.

We keep our Magnetic Island sunset sailing tours to minimum numbers to ensure our guests are comfortable and so that we can provide them with our undivided personal attention over our two hour sailing tour. 

Guests are welcome to bring along some of their own beverages as well

Marine Life on the Great Barrier Reef

During the months of July until late September the waters of the Great Barrier Reef are blessed by the visitation of the giant Humpback Whales who arrive in the tropical waters to mate and calve on the safe coral reef away from predators.

At times the younger humpback whales will approach the reef boats and come alongside for a closer look at all the people on board and if they are feeling playful they will breach and do some belly rolls to the delight of our yachts guests.
