Visit Whitehaven Beach on your private charter. Travel through the Whitsunday Islands to reach world-famous Whitehaven Beach with its pure silica sand and crystal-clear waters.
If the weather on the day was to prevent us to reach your destination we would take you to Chance Bay or Chalkies Beach, equally spectacular alternatives.
Once on site our crew will set up some shade for you and serve you some beachside drinks, we are fully licensed.
For special occasions we can also set up private beach lunches, tailored to your needs.
- Great Barrier Reef
From the Whitsundays you can of course access the Great Barrier Reef, the world’s largest coral reef system.
Discover some of the most fascinting fish species, molluscs and various types of coral... a breathtaking under water world is waiting for you.
Closer to shore the Whitsundays also offer incredible inner, fringing reefs, just a short boat ride away - incredible experience with less travel time.

IN-WATER RESTRICTIONS
Scuba Diving Restrictions
- Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from scuba diving.
- Participation is subject to a medical questionnaire completed on board with the tour operator
- Minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years.
- Flying after scuba diving: a wait of 12 hours is recommended after one dive, 18 hour after 2 dives and at least 24 hours after multiple dives, before ascending to an altitude of 300 metres or greater.

20% Surcharge will apply on all Public Holidays, Peak Period 20 December to 5 January, and the Easter Long Weekend.
Half day charters are for one location only, and in the event the location is Whitehaven Beach, on Ocean Free and Ocean Enigma guests will have less than 1 hour at the beach.
Half day charters to Whitehaven Beach are not available for 12+ guests.
Full day private charters for 12+ guests on either Ocean Enigma or Ocean Free are for one location only – either snorkelling or Whitehaven Beach due to timing.
Diving pricing is inclusive of dive equipment, and a dive instructor or dive master.
1.Payment Terms and Cancellations Fees Policies
- Payment Terms:Deposit: 50% at the time of booking
- Balance due: 30 days prior to departure
Cancellation Fees:
- More than 60 days – 10% administration fee 30-60 days
- 50% cancellationfee applies Less than 30 days (including no-show) – 100% cancellation feeapplies
2. If passengers elect not to travel due to weather conditions in the event the Captain or Management deemsit safe to operate the charter, 100% cancellation fee will apply;
3. Private Charter/Tour start time and finish time entitles you to use of the vessel for the specified time.Where departure is delayed due to late arrival by guests or other guest delay, your return time will not beextended;
4. To extend a private charter, a per hour (or part thereof) fee for each vessel type will apply and if the vesselis available for an extension this fee will be quoted prior to extension of the tour;
5. Due to the nature of marine activities, the return time to the island might be later than the publishedschedule due to weather or other unplanned events – no compensation will be given for late returns to theisland.
6. In the event that the private charter is booked and paid for by a person other than the lead traveller orcredit card holder for payment, it is acknowledged that the booking agent has full authority on behalf of thecard holder and/or lead traveller to acknowledge and accept the full terms and conditions, and to makepayment on behalf of the card holder.
