Departing the Crystalbrook superyacht marina at 5.00pm the luxury charter yachts returns to Port Douglas at 6.00pm.
Guests may enjoy sitting on the bow of the luxury charter yachts trampoline to enjoy the brilliant ambience of the sunset as it envelopes the syk around you creating a dramatic scenery. Alternatively they may prefer to sit in the spacious air-conditioned saloon and enjoy the music and scenery as we sail across the Great Barrier Reef for 1.5 hours.

All cancellations must be in writing.
We understand things may change, so we have made cancellations very easy.
In every instance we always recommend you purchase travel insurance for life’s last-minute hiccups.

Additional Tour Operator's T&Cs
Private charter bookings are only confirmed upon the payment of a 30% deposit.
Final payment is required 1 month prior to the charter.
Payments are refundable inline with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations and refunds are applicable greater than 1 month prior to the cruise.
Cancellations made by the customer within one month of the cruise incur a 100% cancellation fee.
For cancellations or rescheduling made by the company, guests are entitled to a 100% refund.
The company reserves the right to cancel any cruise for safety reasons to do with weather and vessel availability.
Medical waivers: Prior to departure (excluding the Sunset Sail), all guests planning to enter the water must complete a medical questionnaire and declaration.
Our team will assess your medical fitness for in water activities during travel to the reef destination.
In some circumstances to do with a guest health and swimming ability, our staff may recommend that a guest uses provided snorkel aids or potentially not snorkel at all.
In these circumstances, our team will present the guests with alternatives such as glass bottom boat tours and island time.

Guests will not be permitted to enter the water without the completion of a medical questionnaire.
Guest mobility: Our vessels are premium sailing catamarans.
The vessels may get wet and slippery and guests are required to have good mobility to be able to move around safely whilst under sail, to board the glass bottom boat and access the beach locations.
Queensland law stipulates that alcohol must not be consumed prior to any in water activities.
Sailaway will not serve alcohol to anyone wishing to return to the water at anytime.
Alcohol sales will commence following the final in water activity of the cruise.
Sailaway vessels are fully licenced premises and BYO beverages is not permitted.
Our experienced team will practice the responsible service of alcohol at all times.
Intoxicated guests will not be permitted to participate in the charter.
It is a condition of operation that a catering package must be selected on all cruises.
Smoking is not permitted onboard any Sailaway vessel.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas on Low Isles only.
